I recently stayed in the Garden Room on a trip up to Edinburgh for the Festival - a spacious bedroom with a really comfy bed, and a lovely en suite providing everything required for a relaxing night. The big TV and the onsite parking were a big plus as well as the views in the evening from the front of the property - it seems like it's the highest point in the whole area! Fantastic hosts in Chris and Claire, already looking forward to my next visit!.

We stayed in the Garden room, Cosy and comfortable peaceful surroundings, Chris was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas we wanted to visit so much so were coming back at the end of our trip for another 2 nights !!

Chris is helpful, friendly and made our stay so enjoyable, a well prepared breakfast with quality ingredients we can recommmend, the Bridge room was spotlessly clean overing more space than we have ever been offered at a BNB, Complimentary local tea, hot chocolate coffee and biscuits were appreciated, we will be back !
